Took an item yesterday morning to be engraved, after calling first. Explained exactly what I wanted, had to actually go purchase the item to be engraved (after asking exactly what I needed to get) and returned to store. Was told they would call me before end of day if they couldn't do it, if not it would be ready this afternoon. Went back at 2 today, to find out they couldn't do it, they apparently "lost" my phone number. Which is strange because it was taped to the two items I had left there, and my receipt was sent to my phone number. Maybe educate the people that work there on what your capabilities are and aren't. Didn't bother to suggest what other item they might could have put this on, just oh it won't work on this, and we lost your number. This was my first time using this business and definitely the last.
