Not only are your aisles trash, and your employees steal from you before they stock your product on the floor, but you LITERALLY have employees closing your bathrooms at 7:30am for cleaning lol, when the store just opened... Not your family bathroom because that apparently had a leaky toilet, but your normal bathroom.. y'all open at 7am, and you're cleaning your CLOSED bathrooms after you JUST opened.. like, I am embarrassed to say it but I have IBS, and I'm sitting here while the employee cleans, who knows I'm sitting here and thinks im rushing him so he started cleaning SLOWER... I'm getting nauseous because I have to go.. I just don't understand things. You had ample time to clean them before opening I sat in the parking lot waiting for the store to open, so why isn't that one of the first things done in your store? I should never have to wait for a bathroom to open after you JUST OPENED... So I'm now using the WOMENS restroom seeing as your employees are so concerned for helping your customers, because Im out of time....my body won't allow me to "wait" lol.. so thank you
And then your aisles... Your employees stealing from you, they will take items out of the boxes or not stock everything and throw it back on the stock cart from the box (when there's clearly room for more to be stocked) because some items are high value to collectors, so they take your merchandise, then go home to their parents basement and throw it on eBay for $40 more than they stole it from you for, which in turn drives your business away because nobody will want to shop here anymore after a while. I know I'm done shopping at your stores, I honestly don't know why I'm even writing this, nobody will read it, just a bot... Nobody will care....you're a monster corporation, what's my one tiny little review going to do?... Nothing, and I know that. But it's just pathetic and I had to voice...
Read moreFirst off as someone who hardly shopped target, I’d like to specifically point out this Lien road store And say that this was one of the most terrible and Embarrassing experiences I’ve had in a department store yet. The staff were no help and extremely rude. I was about to purchase a bunch of clearance cosmetics that were “ misprinted“ That I specifically looked at the codes on To match with the sale when I got to the register, I guess security notice how many clearance items that I was purchasing and instead of Helping me, he told me that I could not purchase the items and he would not help me find the items that were on sale. I’m not gonna jump the gun and pull the race card But I did see him Back in the area where I was shopping and paid him no mind . Back at the register both The cashier and I were puzzled. I repeatedly asked him if I did not have the correct item. Could he show me Where it was and he refused. I felt Embarrassed as there was another woman who was purchasing some of the same items and had no problems during checkout, but I was being watched like a hawk. This made me feel Pinpointed and very uncomfortable so I left all of my items behind And left the store I called management. They were no help. They told me someone Upper management Will get back to me And no one ever did. Nothing was done about this employee . And I had to go through another department store for my purchases that night, which put me behind Schedule about two hours very inconvenient. I would not recommend Anyone who looks like me shop at this store you will be followed around More than you...
Read moreI am a certified CPR/AED/First Aid trainer and recently visited your store to purchase a CPR mask kit. According to your website, the item was listed as available in-store.
Upon arrival, I asked for assistance and was helped by Alyse, who kindly directed me to the first aid aisle. She initially made an effort to locate the item using an electronic device but encountered technical difficulties. She informed me that she would seek additional help and asked me to wait.
After waiting for nearly 15 minutes without any follow-up, I approached another employee in the main aisle, who was not wearing a name badge. When I asked for assistance, I was told, “It’s pretty busy today, so maybe you can call customer service.” I found this response dismissive, especially given that there were Target employees present in the store.
Shortly afterward, I saw Alyse again and asked if she was returning to assist me. She replied, “I didn’t find help and we didn’t see them, so they must not be here.” At no point was there a follow-up or further support provided.
The lack of communication and accountability during my visit was disappointing. I couldn’t help but wonder—if I were a middle-aged white woman, would my experience have been different? Perhaps. In today’s world, it’s difficult not to question how identity may affect customer service.
Thank you, Target, for this reminder of how important consistent and inclusive service is—and how far we...
