Really unhelpful, the people were really nice at first but completely changed after I purchased my products and became very rude and disrespectful. After some time, the product I purchased messed up (still under warranty) repair took two weeks to get someone out and I am still unsatisfied with the repair, my product was actually damaged even further by their repair man, who even admitted he didn't really know what he was doing. I will never do business here again, I paid way too much to have to deal with this kind of thing. Save yourself the trouble...go...

We bought a new washer and dryer ,as well as a bed and mattress from Mason's. They are great friendly people ,great communication, no hidden fees for delivery and set up! The gentlemen that came out to install were very friendly and efficient, even asked me where exactly I wanted my bed placed and everything!
