Created a beautiful foot stone for my Best Fur Baby Bella. I could not hardly create anything during this time and Betsy made it so much easier. Prices are always reasonable and the local service means a lot. They took care of my dads stone in 1985 and my mom recently had some upgrades done to it and we were very pleased w the professional individual service.

POOR . WE Order monument 2 week after the death of my mother , and paid for it. Waited and when didn't have when they said they kept giving us run around. Then when sister called the wouldn't take her called or call back. Called from my number answered gave me the run around. It's been over FOUR MONTHS, with our 94 year old dad asking EVERYDAY. He wonted it before something happened to him. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM. Would not give one star but won't...

Very helpful and worked with us on everything Edit: Been waiting a month now just to get the proof copy for the marker after talking to them and reassuring me it'll only be a few weeks maybe. Called and emailed multiple times with no response. Getting very frustrated!

Update: Been over 4 months and I never got any thing back from them. Complete waste of time and putting us through having to get things figured out with our daughter again....
