Heavily overpriced and they got a guy behind the counter who doesn’t know much old man with glasses absolutely annoying to deal. Another thing this shop has seen me n my friends multiple times but keep askin for ID now most shops I go to ask once or twice and pretty much get the gist or remember you so every purchases after that is faster. But this place or the workers feel paranoid maybe they have dealt with the courts or police but they always ask even tho they know our age. All the other shops ask once or twice then they remember you. It only bothers me b/c 1 say I left my wallet in the car and the guy made me go back out for it even though I’ve been there 20 times. Very overpriced from the glass to the equipment 90% of the items in here I’ve gotten for much cheaper @ other smokes including the one I go to regularly. This place is a plain robbery I don’t blame them they spent so much money on design of the shop they didn’t focus on the quality. I recommend getting workers who speak fluent English n have great knowledge about the products in the store not just “yes this is good” or “yes this is real I’ll give you good deal” a little tip for you guys a lot of people in your area smoke so stop trying to scam them on the prices you guys end up looking bad n not getting as many customers as you want in a week.    Read moreThis would be my first bad review I've taken the time to type . I've been coming to this smoke shop for some time now, as my daughter goes to the dance school nearby. I always purchase the Lava vape pens that are priced 2 for $25 . My last visit was two days ago and one of the two vapes I purchased, were faulty . I was in the area today and went back to let the owner (same person that sold me the vapes , two days ago) know about my faulty vape and he was very quick to become defensive. He told me he's never had an issue with Lava before... I was taken back by his tone and lack of customer service. I explained to him that I'm a grown woman iny 40s and have no reason to come in and lie about it not working, I told him I could show him my transaction from two days ago and he told me I needed a receipt (which he doesn't give you) and I told him I only had the transaction to show him and he tells me I should've asked for a receipt and I also should of tried them out before leaving the store . I was really taken back as I've interacted with him many times before (as well as two days ago) and never seen him so defensive and rude ! I would never go back there as he's a terrible business man . We are talking about a $12 vape ...    Read moreThey have a variety of products.. however, some of the tobacco Products I’ve purchased were very dry, and when I brought them to the store for a refund being that it was unable for use I was told no refunds, even though the product itself was bad. Second time around I asked if I can quality check and I was told if I open it he will not exchange. It’s frustrating when it’s already difficult to find what I’m looking for, but then to be told that they can’t even do Quality assurance is frustrating.
