Food Quality: The food here is absolutely outstanding! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The presentation was also top-notch—each plate looked like it came from a fine dining kitchen.

Service Timeliness: We were pleasantly surprised by how prompt everything was. From being seated quickly to getting our orders taken and receiving our food—all without any long waits. Even during the busy dinner rush, the staff kept things moving smoothly and efficiently without compromising on quality.

Staff & Hospitality: The service was truly wonderful. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about our dining experience. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations. They also checked in just the right amount—not too often, not too little. You can tell the team is well-trained and takes pride in their work.

To the gentleman at the reception counter – if you are not open to genuine feedback, it’s better not to ask for it.

We ordered chilli garlic fried rice, garlic butter naan, and chicken tikka masala. Except for the garlic naan, nothing else was anywhere close to what it should have been. To make matters worse, we even found a strand of hair in one of the dishes.

When we shared this concern with the person at the reception, instead of acknowledging it, he dismissed it with shrugs and excuses. His response was that “this is how we serve” or that we could simply walk out without paying if dissatisfied. That attitude was extremely unprofessional and made us feel as though our concerns were invalid or unreasonable.

Out of basic decency, we paid for the food (except for the chilli garlic fried rice, given the unacceptable experience), but the attitude we faced left a far worse impression than the food itself. On top of that, despite placing the order 25–30 minutes before arriving, the food was served almost 20 minutes after we were seated. When we mentioned the long wait, we were told another table had to wait an hour—as if that justified the delay.

Tried this new restaurant because I read good reviews, however my experience was not so great. First off, the food was ok. Aloo papdi chaat was not good at all; it barely had any chutney and was full of chickpeas. Paneer makhani was alright, a little too sweet and I ordered medium spice but it was not spicy at all. Chole bhature was good, but again not as spicy as we ordered. The overall food experience was not bad. My main issue is with service and the server. It took them about 40 minutes to serve us the appetizer and then another 20 minutes for the entrees. There was one other customer who was only there for an appetizer and she ate and left before we even got our entrees. They had 2 take out orders. The restaurant was not busy at all. When we politely asked the server how long it would take for the entrees to come out because it had been an hour, she did not apologize but instead told us “its not about an hour, the kitchen is busy. Your food is almost done though”. She continued emphasizing her point without listening to our complaint. We thanked her every time we got our food items and she never smiled or replied to us.
