I don’t think I’ve ever been to a froyo place where they cared. On my first visit here it was approaching closing time and I went to grab some tart froyo. This man who I am guessing was the manager asked me if I wanted some. He had emptied the machine but he could get me some from the container!! I was kind of shocked and it made my night because tart is my one and only flavor and the only reason I eat froyo. I was also happy this place is open late!! Usually I would give it four stars but I am docking it a star because of my last two visits. On my visit today, I ordered two bubble teas and the tapioca was hard as a rock. Completely unacceptable if I am forking up $10 for two of them. The previous time, the gentleman behind the counter decided to take everyone's orders and then tell us that the tapioca is not ready.
