Feedback- Super Strict on pharmacy schedule timings!!!!!
CVS tagline: “Health is Everything” I say: “Health is Everything within Business Hours without Empathy”
Event- There was a technical glitch because of which the prescription sent by provider was not showing up in the CVS’s system (after giving them a good half hour leverage i.e. between 5:15 - 5:45 pm).
I ended up driving back (6 min drive) to urgent care and followed up with the provider in-person. They did promptly resolve the glitch by re-sending the prescription over to CVS. I being aware of the time lag given the back n forth, I communicated to CVS that I will pick the medicines up certainly during my 6 min drive back. Please note that CVS helpline number itself took 4 mins to get through.
However, I was denied the pick-up because it became 6:02 pm and CVS pharmacy closes at 6.00 pm. No exceptions were made despite the communication!!!
