Poor customer service! Won't be back.
Very impersonal. You must place your order on an electronic tablet, then you're called over the intercom to pick up your order by a cashier. You don't speak to a budtender for questions or advice.
It was a busy day and their system went down (it happens, not their fault), so I had to wait awhile at the counter to pay, but it was really freezing in there with frigid air strongly blowing down from above (on a raw 50° day outside). I asked the team lead Vickie, if she could turn off the blower (or preferably put on some heat) since I had to stand under it at the counter for about ten minutes while waiting for the payment system to come back up. She looked at me and rudely said something like "that's the temperature I like it" and walked away. So much for caring about their customer's comfort.
While I was at the counter waiting for the system to come back up, I asked the cashier, William if there was any deal on Levia soda and mentioned that I could get a case price of $3.50/can at a competing dispensary. He said no, that their price was $7.50/ can which really surprised me because almost all MA dispensaries top out at $7/can. When I got back to my car to double check their menu price, turns out they had a special of only $3.25 per individual can! (I would have bought two cases on the spot at that price, but I wasn't going back in for more bad vibes).
Also, beware - the THCA label on the container I purchased was 2% lower than advertised on the online menu and at the .877 conversion to THC, the flower didn't even reach 20% THC.
It's a really beautiful store. Just very disappointing...
Read moreFollow me on Google for Atlanta/traveling reviews! I have over 2 million views! What. A. Dispensary. I tried to tip them, they said to do a Google review (little did they know I was gonna already). First things first - I walked in and was immediately greeted by the friendly ID taker, I went in the back portion and was hit with a nostalgic earthy/minty tone. I was again immediately greeted by the guy with the dreads and glasses behind the counter who asked me if I needed help after looking at the selection. I have a bit of a southern drawl and can sometimes sound less than intelligent, but he treated me like a friend and was super understanding of what I wanted instead of just being frustrated with me like most people I've met while traveling. He took the time to listen to me. He was obviously super knowledgeable about everything(I don't know very much about cannabis). It was a meaningful and impactful interaction that will bring me back to your store. Thanks man...He showed me how everything worked, and even operated the terminal for me! After I made my selection, I spoke with the hemlock representative that was there who gave me candy, they were super nice and conversational :) the stuff was brought out almost immediately(the guy who helped me started apologizing about the wait after a few seconds. Haha), I think "Briana" rung me up, and acted professionally. They even have free munchies on your way out. Thanks for the awesome experience, ECC! I ate the gummies and consumed the PR(the potency was chefs kiss), and had an amazing flight back home, where I am now depressed you do not exist. I'll be back...
Read moreThe staff was nice but Devil's Lettuce Kosher Kush shouldn't be considered preground- it's more like a cheap shake. Because it's more leafy than bud. It's an indica hybrid but the second I opened it in my car after I bought it to check the quality, I knew it was bad just by how it looks. It was grounded up leafy parts that's supposed to have maybe some trichomes or dusty bits but doesn't really at all. I smoked this pre ground at home and it gave me a headache, as I figured mostly leafy weed usually does. Veteran smokers know what they like just by looking at it and the smell. The smell was like dried grass too. Just bad and don't recommend. It's a shame that the way these MA cannabis laws or companies don't let you look at the weed before you buy. Not all places let you return it. Corey offered me 20% off of something else which was a nice gesture but I would have preferred my money back. He said he couldn't take it back "because the product didn't seem defective like there is nothing wrong with it." You'd figure that's why you would take if back bc I hadn't even used it yet and there was "nothing visibly wrong with it." But they couldn't process the refund basically because I had already just bought it so they wanted to keep their sale? I don't know. Every store has their own conditions and rules which is more important than customer satisfaction, I guess. Not worth taking the trip back for me and that was my first...
