As a highly rated event professional with over 15 years in the industry, I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism shown by Mixx360’s venue coordinator. I’ve made multiple attempts to inquire about booking—via phone calls (no return), completed the online form (no response), and even followed up via text. Each time, there’s either no reply or an excuse that the coordinator is out or unavailable.

It appears they selectively vet or choose who they want to respond to, which raises red flags for any serious event planner. This is not how you conduct business, especially with professionals looking to bring revenue and reputable clients to your venue.

Don’t go to mix to watch a basketball game… or what seems to be any other sport but the Bruins. A few of my girls and I went yesterday on the Boston Celtics opening night. We didn’t want to go out anywhere too far from home, due to the game being on a work night so we chose Mix! I kindly asked the bartender if she could put on the Celtics, as there are multiple TVS inside of Mix (10+ for reference), and she responded back with a nasty and disrespectful attitude and comment. “You are the only people here who care about the Celtics”, the bartender was a woman with black hair who looks to be about 45 years old.
