CVS — Local services in Malden

I WISH I could put a -0 for this store. TRIGGER WARNING (intimate context) I went to this CVS on my trip to visit my family to pick up some last minute items and ended up needing to use the restroom. As I walked in, I asked the pharmacist to use the restroom which with no hesitation she let my fiancé and I in. I ended up starting my period and realized I needed tampons, so I went to grab tampons and before I knew it I was starting to bleed through. I frantically went back to said pharmacist who at the time was busy, and told a supervisor to let me in. A supervisor then allowed me in once again, and as I was about to open the door, a pharmacy tech who was SITTING DOWN EATING, said “Are you a customer or something?” I replied “Yes.” she replied “Yeah.. cause you took such a long time the last time and that’s only for employees to use.” I replied “okay, well someone gave me permission to use this restroom, so are you saying I am not allowed?” which she responded with “well, I guess if someone said you could”. Mind you, I’m quite literally bleeding during all of this and just wanting to use the restroom. Why she questioned me, the time I was in there, when there is a SECURED CODE to even be let in… so someone had to have let me in… is beyond me. I brought this to the cashiers attention who didn’t seem to care at all, saying “I don’t know who you spoke with so I don’t know what to tell you, but I can walk you back there” … to which she brought me to the pharmacist who told me “well, you can only use it if you buy something” … which 1. I did, and 2. she let me in the bathroom TWICE. So as I’m showing her that I bought my items and that I literally BOUGHT the tampons I needed there, she told me to “go back up front and have someone else take care of this” and then waved me away from her and ran to the back, rolling her eyes at me and yelling it across the counter for other customers to hear. I replied and asked her why they had to be so disrespectful, and just try to be nicer to people in the future and all of them whipped their necks at me and rolled their eyes again. As I approached the front, the cashier was telling the manager on staff what had happened (the manager that also let me use the restroom) and he ignored me on my way out. Incredibly unprofessional and out of line what just happened to my fiance here at this CVS location in Malden. We live close by and frequent this store almost daily. I've noticed a few new faces and im not sure if they need to be retrained or are just lacking in the customer service department. My fiance entered the store and was immediately followed around the store. The lady behind the checkout counter actually left a customer she was helping to do this. After he had chosen a few items and asked them if he was doing something wrong she continued to stalk him him now with the manager she grabbed on the way. She then had the audacity to ask outloud in the store with no discretion at all "how was the peeps cereal you stole yesterday?". First things first he did not go to CVS "yesterday," secondly we do not know what or eat PEEPS cereal, and thirdly how dare you accused someone publicaly of something they didn't do. Get your facts straight and learn some customer service skills. The woman with the purple hair and the manager who allowed her to do this should be ashamed. Now I know my fiance will never go back and I am very much so considering the same. You lost 2 loyal customers who spend money there multiple times a week. Have some respect next time and the decency to recognize someone and be certain before putting business like that out there for...

the worst store in the region, it's totally abandoned by the employees all the time that I went, and all those machine services do not work well, the employee are not properly trained to serve the customer. Today I went to print some photos, the employee there said that I could return later to get the pict, ad for some reason the machine had not printed at that time, but would work next. when I return hours later to pick up the other employee told me the machine to print the time it is already broken for days ago. They made me waist my time I'm so disappoint
