Iāve been in Malden resident my whole life! Iāve dealt with super sport USA since the last owner. I had him make me championship jackets. I paid half upfront and then the rest of the half at the end when they were ready in 2016!!
Now my softball team has won it in 2018 so my cousin and I bought hoodies from the new owner Mike we paid up front. I paid via debit card, my cousin paid cash. We did the designs the layouts how many hoodies the whole nine! If you will.
So Mike says OK we will email you soon! I just started a new job in the union and my cousin is a full-time Baber Running a business himself. Needless to say a month and a half goes by! we donāt hear nothing. NO emails , no phone calls, no photos of what the hoodies are gonna look like! Now Mike told us he would send them in a week. Again both of us Are busy! Both cousin & I with the new careers. So now I start texting my cousin hey have you heard anything about the hoodies? No I havenāt.,? Iāve been busy he says! So I reach out a few times to Mike the owner of super sport USA. I get no reply back m, nothing! The last owner got back to me every single day. Anyways moving on it took three months yes three months to get 22 hoodies made up which we paid up front. He acted like he didnāt know we were talking about until I called him and left him a few voice messages. Then thatās when Mike the owner! Started to work on the hoodies so with that said I had to wait 3 1/2 months yes folks 3 1/2 months to get hoodies 22 of them. He said he was gonna knock off $100 he never did. I donāt care the team got their championship hoodies! He did throw in a extra hoodie for my cousins girlFriend. He acted like he never said he was gonna knock off 100 bucks though! he was 3 1/2 months late. So I walk in there today trying to get 15 jerseys made up for this year for Softball (Modified pitch) Malden League! He would not come out the back to talk to me face-to-face. Why? I donāt know he knows me I know him m. we have done business before. Then he tells one of his employees I have to order 25 jerseys.!? What softball team carries 25 guys ?! Needless to say I believe the last owner was very professional I think Mike is very non-professional he called me up Leaving Me nice voicemails. But very disrespectful on the phone meanwhile Iām just a customer and heās acting like heās Mike Tyson,.,.š¤·š»āāļø So I go in there today to try to order 17 jerseys. He tells me I have to have 25. Now hereās a guy that claims he was gonna knock off $100 which He never did. So you figured he would just get me the 17 jerseys right ? NOPE?!?!? He had his desk girl do all the work and I ask to speak with him and he would not come out front at all. I believe this gentleman is very unprofessional the last owner was clearly 1000% much better than him! Needless to say he lost my business and I got my shirts printed And they will be ready within a week and a half not a month or three weeks as he said! A few people mentioned Ralph Sharp over at SuperSport USA in Malden. Ralph reached out to me almost immediately and asked me to stop by the shop so we could go over some stuff. I sent him everything I had and he did his thing with it. I couldnāt have been happier with the end result when I walked in. This was just the beginning though. Ralph had suggested doing some hats, and a few other things too. I said sure, why not. I noticed a few things were happening- we started getting more attention on Social Media almost immediately. Our google page was getting more hits. Ralph and Mike and the guys over at SuperSport over time helped me completely rebrand my business, Petraglia Services. They have done my vans, all of our uniforms, and all of our social media flyers, covers, digital media etc. We went from doing smaller jobs to landing much bigger contracts over the last year as a direct result of their help, and their commitment to their customers. When I needed my van for an emergency- the guys stayed up until 2 in the morning getting in done for me the previous night. I canāt say enough about the customer service, and hospitality these guys show. To most people, and even myself- branding your business is low on the priority list- but Iāve learned through this process that it should be at the top. We landed a huge client this year and ended up doing multiple projects, and are continuing to work for them as a direct result of our Social Media and the professionalism the guys over at SuperSport brought to my company. For that I will forever be grateful and would recommend them to anybody willing to make the jump from average to āGreatā.
