My review was somehow removed and is not showing up on this page after Huntington replied to my review.
In October, we did ten hours of private SAT math sessions separated into five sessions before the SAT date. It was mostly with the assistant director who talked half the time on unrelated topics not surrounding math. He would go over one section and then wander off to some other topic relating to how his day went and how he played video games and how he did on those games and so on. He BARELY even went over math at all and when he would, it would be at a faster pace because he'd go blame that he and my daughter were chatting too much and they never even finished a whole section they were supposed to go over and finish per session. This behavior is unacceptable especially when people are paying so much out of their pocket for these sessions. We paid around $1000 which means $100 per hour which means every minute counts of my money (of course, being way too expensive) and it was being wasted half the time on anything but SAT math. She scored 50 points lower than what she usually scores in math in October, which really goes against their whole spiel about a guarantee of at least scoring 40 points higher. I even left a voicemail in November with my complaint and phone number and no one even bothered to respond. Management has nothing to do with the way your center runs things. Excuses to not deal with these reviews and put them off because "we got new management these reviews don't matter or count!" If I could rate 0 stars I would without a heartbeat, a waste of $1000 I will never get back and I hope no one goes here for SAT lessons with the way this center runs things.
Edit: Yes, we went through SAT subject tutoring. Sure, it doesn't "resemble" to your SAT program but what my daughter went through in those lessons sure does say a lot about your tutors and how your center...
Read moreHi Everyone, I want to get Huntington center, Manalapan to help my daughter to come from IEP to regular class but the major concern was that IEP program has slow pace and with the time the gap between regular class and IEP is getting bigger. It was excellent experience after they are testing my daughter level and gaps in literature art and math , start to work on her problem. My Deep appreciation to Director LeeAnn Voss and her team for professionalism, understanding deep parent's anxiety (is it not too late, did I miss the time) , knowledge of the school program and close work together with school teachers team. The result is amazing over 8 month , my daughter one of two best students in the class and most likely next year will go to regular class as we planning. The problem with many tutoring systems that they are promise your child will be second Einstein after they pretty expensive course and then you are wondering after is it any result ? or may be some good? I meaning, Huntington center Manalapan delivered goal and result. I will recommended this place for whom concern. They do what they promise -...
