It’s my 16th Wedding anniversary and the florist I’ve been going to for the past 7 years has shut it’s doors. The older gentleman Tom in Marlboro on rt.9 had a health situation causing him to retire from the business. In need of a new florist I tried Rosie’s Posies and was completely let down. I placed a very expensive order of 1 dozen Cal lilies; The one my wife held on our wedding day. Along with 1 dozen expensive balloons all saying, “I Love You’s, hearts, smiley faces, all that Jazz. Placed the order 3 Days in advance of today’s delivery. Any woman can tell you, if it’s not delivered by 4:30p (and that’s a stretch) the day is over. Be that it may, I called Rosie’s Posie to ASK about the order, not yell. I was told...and this is funny; with absolutely not a care in the world; my order was not delivered because they have no helium for the balloons and was waiting for a helium delivery but that the Cal Lillie’s look beautiful in their refrigerator. Hahahah!! Are you kidding me! Well In their refrigerator they will stay. It’s time that people stand up for the principal of things. I will not allow my anniversary to be held up on someone else’s account. Nor should any of you. Walk away. You deserve better than to be cared for like this. Not a phone call earlier in the day explaining, not a suggestion, not a deliver the flowers and at least the balloons later. Nothing. Could someone run over to Party City and grab a container of Helium?! HahahH!! Please! Was I the only balloon delivery today? How much money do I have to spend to be taken care of? Maybe my order wasn’t enough. What could it possibly be. The beautiful woman on the phone told me that there was construction on Union Hill rd. And maybe that’s why the helium delivery hasn’t arrived. Hahahahahah!!!!!! Needless to say, my wife after 16years doesn’t need flowers or balloons to show her how much our marriage means. If I need flowers and balloons to complete a anniversary then I’ve done something wrong. So to Rosie’s Posies I say....continue having much success. Read moreTerrible. We used Felicia as our wedding florist. We did not get what we paid for, what she promised us, or what was in our signed contract. We paid for them to decorate the poles of a chuppah for us to get married under. I showed Felicia pictures of what we wanted and she took flowers from her shop and put them together to show me what it would look like. She said all the flowers would intertwine down the poles with fabric, and you wouldn't even see the poles from the front, just beautiful flowers. Well, what we got is an embarrassment. On our wedding day, the venue told Rosie Posies they don't have poles (which I had told them, but they didn't believe me). The venue did have large columns, which could have worked out so beautifully, but they chose not to decorate them! They barely used any flowers at all.. yet they brought a whole bunch to the venue. And even though they were our flowers that we paid a lot of money for, we never even got to see them. We basically paid Felicia for fabric and a few ugly flowers - that were stuck on the columns randomly, some upside down. I could have spent much less at a craft store and done a much better job. We had to fight with Felicia because she didn't (and still doesn't) think she did anything wrong! She thinks because her staff took longer than usual to set up that it justifies them not following the contract. This is in our wedding photos forever, there's no do-over. Read moreNOW I KNOW WHY THEY HAVE SO MANY BAD REVIEWS. Ive bought flowers here many times for a few years now. Today I had an issue where I paid for flowers that weren't delivered. The manager got real snotty and was so confident insisting they were delivered and would send me a photo AND EVEN HAD RECORDED LINES proving me wrong. She calls back in a few minutes to tell me they went to the wrong adress and insisted on talking over me with her trash attitude. They sure charge alot for bad customer service. I told her she never even apologized and she gave some loud dramatic sarcastic apology and then just said "do you want the flowers or the refund". I told her I want the flowers but the way she was talking to me I'd rather just have my money back. They have my full permission to post their recorded phone call.
