Hot Bagel — Restaurant in Manalapan Township

I was visiting my cousins who live in manalapan so we came to this shop bc the bagel place we usually go to was closed and I was highly disappointed. The bagels were good but the employees were so rude. I originally asked for a bacon egg and cheese and the response was “ we don’t have a grill sooooo” sooo what i am just supposed to assume you don’t ? it’s a bagel shop in jersey and the name literally has hot in it . Not only that They were taking other order on top of us and they rolled their eyes once i asked for a bagel with tomatoes and cream cheese like it was an impossible task for them to achieve. would not recommend there r so many better options around with much...

By far best bagel in the area. Would give 5 stars but knocked off one for the customer service. The two ladies there working had zero personality and seemed like they just hate life. I got maybe 3 words out of the lady. All I got was a “Next” when it was my turn to order, didn’t even ask me what I wanted and then I was told the price and got no response to me saying thank you and have a good day. I came in the store saying good morning and thank you after I placed my order so I don’t get the lack of common courtesy and simple conversation. Would I go back….I would for the delicious bagel, but if I get that kind of interaction again it might not be worth...

I cannot comment on the food but on the customer service. When I entered the store instead of asking how can I help you the woman behind the register said yea that was the greeting. I proceeded to ask for a blt on rye bread and instead of politely saying they do not have what im asking for the woman at the register said that sounds good but not here. She rambled on about how they don't have bread they are a kosher store and they don't have any of that. This was my first time entering the store which does not have a website nor a phone number for me to know that information. Very terrible way to treat someone to be...
