Horrible. I have had maybe 2 good experiences here. And that was only with the bartender "nae" and " Miranda"

My last two experiences consisted of waiting at the bar for 45 min while " vanessa " carried on conversations, greeted customers who came in well after me, served them before me also.

I have caught huge attitudes from her ordering food 45 min BEFORE kitchen closes in the past.

This time I went with my girlfriend and two friends and just so happen so sit near the most racist, ignorant, disrespectful, and insensitive drunk. Droppin racial slurs " n is this and n are that etc". ( mind you the bartender or one of then who was working is biracial as well as my girlfriend is black) so of course I take offense, I would either way just seeing how it's common sense you don't talk about people like that. It then turned into me telling the guy to stop to Vanessa telling me and my company WE should leave since THEY ARE MAKING US UNCOMFORTABLE. Pretty sure the customer service handbook would state to make sure everyone is in a comfortable environment unless your establishment is named " racist drunks and people impersonating police officers" then that's a different story.

To sit there and have someone in their late 40s (me being 25) talk down on my girl and other people in the bar like that is unacceptable. After the man tried to come up and "justify" what he said he left. His friends then surrounded my friend while I was to the side talking to my girlfriend while she was trying to calm me down. So I of course tried to break it up seeing some 6'5 300+lb dude in my friends face to have him and his friends grab both me my friend an my girlfriend and basically pushed us out of the bar.

Meanwhile one or the guys is saying he's a cop. When he was asked if he was off duty he responded " I'm never off duty" slurring every word. Flashed some sort of badge but would not show which jurisdiction or precinct or even what the badge was for. For all I know he had a rent a cop mall security badge.

NOT ONE EMPLOYEE TRIED TO STOP THE OTHER MEN. My girlfriend just underwent major surgery and can barely walk without worrying about opening the wounds yet I have dude trying to PUSH her out the bar.

I faced emotional distress as well as being morally humiliated by watching your bartender Vanessa not only take their side but not even stand up for her co worker?

Telling me you make me wait on my drinks or even just a chance to order for almost an hour ON PURPOSE ( in her own words mind you)

I came here on Friday night around 12:30 (the place closes at 2) and it was PACKED. The music was popping, the drinks were ice cold, the dance floor was practically a mosh pit. This wasn't a pub boys, this was a CLUB. Being the antisocial nerd that I am, I patiently waited for a seat to open at the bar, doing my best to stay out of everyone's way. Fortunately, a seat opened up pretty quickly.

My bartender was named Kayla I believe. I didn't get to talk to her much, but I heard other people shouting her name and she responded so I'm gonna assume it was her. Anyway, Kayla was very attentive despite all the chaos going on. I had a budweiser bottle (which was ICE cold, frost on the bottle and all that), and three Modelos from the tap which were equally frosty. To eat, I ordered the bacon cheese fries from their late night menu with a side of ranch and a side of buffalo sauce.

Lemme tell you about these fries y'all. They were CRISP and STEAMY. Fresh like they'd just sliced the potato up minutes ago just for me. Perfect crisp on those fries and golden brown, and did I mention fresh? My only complaint is that they could stand more seasoning, but that doesn't matter when you're pairing them with their house-made buffalo sauce (that's right, HOUSE MADE y'all) which has just the right amount of heat and a beautiful classic buffalo flavor. It was thinner than I normally like my buffalo sauces to be, but watching it flow over those crispy golden-brown fries as I drizzled it over top was a sensation. And the ranch was thick, rich and creamy with all that ranch goodness you expect. I devoured the plate.

When it came time to pay the tab, I was surprised. I expected the bill to be somewhere around $50 for the great experience I had. But it only came out to $30. Both the beer and the fries were very reasonably priced and I left a generous tip for Kayla. I will be back very soon to see what...

Taco night here is a definite, no go. Disgusting. Starting to see things that I do not like. Your boy needs to stop drinking when he cooks. Ya , you know exactly what I mean. I’ve seen him. It is his responsibility that food safety is followed.

I’m going to assume food was being held too long. Well.. Check your blue cheese and your ground beef. It could’ve been the shrimp or the fish . I could still smell it in my place. Something had a pungent bad taste. Something is off, even my family said something about it so you better keep your fingers crossed, my son doesn’t eat it.

The rest of it was fine. I expect average. Not a lot. This is the first time that you let me down majorly and I don’t appreciate it. I shouldn’t even be here and somewhere else but still , here I am. You may have gorgeous women working there (1/2 of them) but nothing is worth “that” if you can’t up hold the rest.
