My food never came, yet I was charged. My lunch break is over. I have deleted their app.Update below:

Maddogtwentytwenty called me a liar stating they work with me. That is not possible since I work from home by myself. I had one bad experience with 931 delivers. I was sick that day and having my food not show didn’t help. I could not figure out how to delete my review. I did order from them several other times before with good experiences. I spoke to the owner after I wrote this review. He apologized. He was very nice about it. Like I said I could not figure out how to delete my review. Mad dog I don’t know who you have my family confused with, but they were not stuck up or crooked. My parents were wonderful Christian people who are in Heaven now. We are not from Manchester where your campground is. I’m certain you have us mixed up with someone else. I publicly apologize to 931 Delvers for my bad review made in haste in a moment of anger. UPDATE I was contacted by 931 delivers and they apologized and credited back some of the order. I have not used the service again yet. I did appreciate the follow up from the review. I realize things happen and the fact they are trying to make things right means a lot. I would try them again. Four stars for following up on your customers!

Placed order on app at 7:31 pm. The estimate said will arrive between 8:36 to 8:51. The food did not arrive until about 9:20. I called the number for 931 delivers at 8:56. I really didn’t get any apology or explanation. The deliver person was polite and kept contact. I feel that the fault appears to be in the order to driver communication. I would really like to support local restaurants and businesses. I currently do not feel comfortable using this business. I hope in the future 931 delivers is able...

I tried 931 Delivers twice late last year and had horrible experiences. Yesterday I decided to give them other try in the hope that they improved their service. Quite the opposite. 30 minutes after placing the order, they has still not confirmed the restaurant had received the order. 45 minutes after placing the order (which was the estimated delivery time) I tried calling and finally got through on the second attempt. 30 minutes after the call, they confirmed the restaurant had the order. The food finally showed up one hour and forty-five minutes after placing the order. This will be the last time I use them.
