My wife and I were driving through TN at night on a road trip when our muffler system suddenly started making unbelievable noise. Not drivable through the upcoming hills. We were able to pull into a hotel in Manchester for the night. My wife had recent surgery and thus limited mobility.

6am the next morning I called one place in Manchester. They said they did not do muffler work, but if I was in a tough spot and needed urgent help, Freedom Automotive was the place to call.

I called Freedom when they opened and spoke to Brandon, who is absolutely amazing. As soon as I could get the car over, he took it in to diagnose the problem. He knew I was not sure I could get the hotel another night, or even a late checkout, and said he would work to get me out ASAP.

Preliminary diagnosis was a catalytic converter. He offered two solutions- one cheaper but 3 hours for him to get the part, and a more expensive, equivalent part in-stock. I opted for the latter to save time.

As they opened things up, they learned that the catalytic converter was fine, but a sensor had been blown out. I never would have known this, but Brandon told me, cutting an expensive bill in half. Hundreds of $ saved. As I said, high integrity.

Brandon also sent one of his guys to make the hour-long round trip to get the part there ASAP, so I could get back on the road. Bottom line, all fixed and on the road by 1pm.

One month and 1,500 miles later, no problems at all. Brandon and Freedom took good care of our car- and us. We are forever grateful, and would rate Freedom 10 stars on a 5 point scale...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Freedom Automotive for the installation of Carven-R Performance mufflers and Wesdon exhaust tips on my 2007 Corvette. I want to extend a sincere thank you to Brandon Henley and his incredible team for their outstanding work.

The exterior sound of my Corvette is now absolutely amazing, turning heads wherever I go. For anyone considering Carven-R mufflers, it's worth noting that there is a bit of drone noise up to 30 MPH, but it dissipates quickly and is hardly noticeable beyond that speed. I'll probably be bugging Brandon to find some space to add some resonators in the future!!

The entire staff at Freedom Automotive demonstrated exceptional courtesy and professionalism throughout the process. The cost estimation was either spot on, or I wasn't billed for the extra headaches encountered along the installation. Either way, the cost was very reasonable, especially for the end result!! I am traveling from Missouri to Florida to see family. While driving through Tennessee I was stuck in traffic for an hour. During this time my check engine light came on. Went to a shop recommend by O'Rileys. Had to get hotel that night as it was 7 pm. Went said shop at 7am. This shop said, " care is fine to drive to Florida." Also this shop could not get the part take & it would take 2 days to repair. I left that shop and went to Freedom. Joe got my part ordered within an hour that morning . Joe replaced my Catalytic converter and had me back on road by 1pm today 7/28. The service and price was great. I can not say enough nice things. I was upset and and trying not to cry. Joe and another guy ( sorry didn't get his name ) was extremely nice and explained everything. I would totally recommend these guys at this shop . Honest and extremely nice. Thank you so much guys.
