I came here to have hoodies made for a very special pregnancy announcement for my mom. The male staff member first printed my design backwards, tried to act like he didn't notice the mistake, refunded me, and I had to reorder the hoodie with overnight shipping. He told my husband and I they open at 12pm the next day, but showed up late, allegedly stuck in traffic it was past 12:40pm when we finally decided to leave and this ruined my planned announcement, we even had reservations at a restaurant for this pregnancy announcement reveal and had to improvise. When I returned two days later to still get it done, he told me his boss told him to raise the price from $30 to $40 and told me to “watch my mouth” when I questioned him. Very unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest. This business ruined a moment I can never get back and took no accountability. I do not recommend at all. The male staff worker used a very aggressive tone telling me to "watch my mouth" as he covered his mouth gesturing me to close my mouth and be quiet. I came in with 2 custom designs, one square and one transparent, Migo took both and beautifully adjusted them for printing and even hand cut my transparent file to accentuate the shape. He talked me through the whole process and told me about his new even better printing equipment he is about to have available. The shirts were both done in under 20 mins and look and feel amazing. I am definitely going to come back for his new shirt process when it comes time to push out my new designs, the new machine can do full transparency PNGs! Amazing spot!!! The workers are SUPER friendly and are excellent at their jobs! I got a custom hoodie and a custom shirt and both look fantastic. On top of that, my wait time was good, the price was very affordable and their customer service was top tier! I’ll definitely be returning. They have a customer for life in me! Just as a note: you have to go inside the mall and walk past the pretzel spot...
