We arrived to the mall a little before 7:30 & was told that they were closed. So we went to the burger place right next to it & ordered. 2 females then walked about to them & we watched to see if they told them the same that they were closed. Yet, they did not. They took their order & told us they never said they were closed. When two of the workers said they were closed when we walked up. We ate for the first time at Charleys on July 31 and it was a terrific experience. We dined at the Connecticut Post Mall location in Milford, CT. Everything was excellent, from the quality and freshness of the food to the customer service and cleanliness.
