I felt a bit weird looking for my own engagement ring but my boyfriend not so secretly spoke with my best friend about having me look at a few different rings. My bestie and i went to 2 other jewelers and when we got to Michaels, I gravitated towards the waterfall area, everything to the lighting in this store was beautiful and inviting. My friend and I were greeted by Hannah and in the beginning I was unsure of what I wanted. She took her time going through different rings and explaining the differences and giving me product knowledge as we went along.(something I didnt get so much of at the competitors in the mall). She really made the expierince because she was patient and began to understand what I liked quickly and listened when I told her that I want my future husband to save some money for the wedding and not spend thousands on a ring. I'm not going to give away the kind of ring I eventually had my heart set on but learning about how it was made and seeing how beautiful it was on my finger, I was shocked! Hannah was awesome! I told her about my boyfriends plan, she took mine and his number and I'm so confident that she will be able to show him how awesome this ring is at a very awesome price at that. I had forgot to mention that my boyfriend got me a bracelet in June from here for my Birthday and I wear it quite often, this should have been my first stop now that I think about it. The expierince really helped me make a decision and to be honest this place had the prettiest engagement rings with amazing clarity and good price ranges. I'm happy to someday soon receive this ring from the love of my life and feel proud to wear it forever. Thanks again Hannah! You're helping create a life changing moment for us.

I cannot express how much Alejandra and the rest of the Michaels Jewelers team help with making my wedding day so special. My husband and I visited the store about a 3.5 weeks before our wedding in search of wedding bands. We knew for my husband, it would be easy, however with my ring being so distinct, we were nervous we weren't going to find anything that worked. Rest assured, we were in great hands with Alejandra. Her and her team were able to develop a cost efficient custom wedding band for my ring before our wedding. After first meeting with Alejandra, she got to work researching and sending style options to help me figure out the look, ultimately deciding to go with a custom order. We made an appointment on line due to Covid. We met with Hannah and she quickly made us so comfortable! We were trading in my engagement ring from a previous marriage. She explained the whole process so we understood how this process worked. I had looked at their website and had a few rings in mind, one was not in the store. She was able to order a sample for us. Once that sample came in we were able to return to the store and make a decision. This was black Friday, we were able to take advantage of the sale for our wedding bands. My new amazing engagement ring had to be ordered. We selected a ring that you select the setting and they make it and we selected the center stone from their lose stones. Hannah made sure we selected the perfect center stone, not based on size; but on the Color and Clarity. The ring arrived in December and my now fiancee proposed on Feb 12th.
