I came to the store looking at the gold necklaces and wasn’t greatly properly associate fail to get up and attend to me I had to say hello multiple times for her to even acknowledge me then when I found the necklace that I want it was priced for $70 and when she went to bring it up, she told me my total was $95 so I asked her wasn’t the necklace marked at $70 and she turned to her coworker and said who didn’t do price work and then turned back to me and said it was wrong the price so it’s the $95. I said if it was advertised for 70 shouldn’t I get it for that? She responded with no it’s properly in price and that it’s $95 so I simply responded with I’m OK and I walked away terrible customer service and you guys should work on your pricing. They didn't pressure me into purchasing, they weren't pushy they didn't rush me... they were just so amazing. I had an extremely terrible experience at the other banter location next to Barnes and noble and I am so happy that they had this location open. The only reason I went to the Barnes & noble location is because I needed a specific style. I will never go to any other location unless it's this specific location next to the JCpenny. Once you experience customer service the way I did here with Karina and Christian you wouldn't want to go anywhere...

Danna immediately greeted me. She was warm and welcoming, taking time to let me browse the piercing earrings and giving me suggestions.
Dana was so, so incredibly patient. She redrew the placement dots for me over and over for like 20 min until she, myself, and my friend who was with me had consensus on exactly where I wanted my new earrings.
