Went to the mall last night, got to this crystal store doors by 817pm. (Mall closes at 9pm Friday and Sat. Nights and their hours are posted online). Doors were closed and as my daughter and I got the clue that the lady wanted to leave for the night, we didn't knock on the door or bother her. We just looked into the window and the store clerk TURNED THE LIGHTS OFF ON US as we were window shopping. Can you say RUDE?! If this place actually cared about making a good client base, they would have welcomed us inside to make some sales.. they just lost 2 CUSTOMERS (permanently) with two separate wallets. GO TO A BROADER CONCEPT in Hooksett instead. WAAAAAY BETTER PRICES, MORE AFFORABLE PLUS better Selection. I have known those shop keepers for over 20 years now, they NEVER would lock a customer out 40 mintues before closing time. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TAKE a trip over to Hooksett, you will see and feel the energetic shift. You can feel the love and warmth! This place in the mall is just jacking up prices on All items,it's like a Cheesy Tourist shop in an airport. KARMA!!! WHAT GOES AROUND...
