We got the subs and thank God we checked them because my husband’s sub had cheese. I went back to the counter and they remade his sub.
When we got out to the car, I told my husband to check if they gave us our fries - they had not. So I had to walk all the way back to Charleys and get fries. They gave us cold, disgusting fries because it was closing time.
The worst part is - the employees didn’t apologize and didn’t even act as if they had messed up. I will never go there again. Terrible...
