Awful experience for lunch. Waitress came to take our drink orders. All adult table with the 5 of us. 4 of us got alcohol, I got water. Several groups before us didn't show, we were seated and got our food in an appropriate amount of time. I decided to take a sip of my mother's drink since I decided not to get one this time. Waitress came over to ask for my ID when she noticed the drink beside me. I stated I didn't have it but it's alright, it's my mother's drink, and I scooted it back to her. Not a minute later, the manager Paul arrived to scold me about policy saying that they could lose liquor license and the waitress could lose her job. I understand policy and respect it. However, she did not serve me alcohol. She served my mother. No legal harm on her end, sorry bud. Not only that, Paul was hunched over me and IN my face speaking very harshly. I didn't even look at his eyes because if I did, his nose would've been touching mine. I was extremely uncomfortable and couldn't handle the invasive nature of the interaction. No one was rude to the waitress or to disrespectful Paul. I requested a box for my food I barely touched and promptly exited. I was so uncomfortable and had he touched me, I would've gotten MPD involved. No one should ever be made to feel like that and they need to be trained on how to handle customer service situations. We will never be back. You can thank Paul for that and the tip that could have been given. And you bet I'll be telling anyone I can to avoid the place like it's Covid.
Terrible time. Completely unacceptable behavior. The owner of this franchise should take notice and heavily train this manager if they decide to keep...
Read moreOk so first off I have worked in hospitality for 18 years, and to get an exceptional server experience is hard for me to come by, because I internally pick things apart( they didn’t upsell prebus, offer a to go drink etc) not in a cruel way, but it’s my natural thought process at this point in my career.
Anyways so when I say I write this review not because the cheese curds, burger and queso were fantastic, but because Mecca was an awesome server don’t take it lightly! I would hire her in a heartbeat! She promptly greeted us, she tweaked our meals to suit exactly how we wanted them, she didn’t flinch when I didn’t like my mocktail, and even after I insisted it wasn’t a big deal and I didn’t need it, as my meal came with a free soda, she went out of her way to have it redone anyways. That is perfect service! Insisting that your guest leave with no complaint or qualms of returning is critical to the longevity of a restaurant. Especially at a chain corporate almost fast foodier sort of sit down place. She made sure we laughed, left smiling, and I couldn’t believe it was only her fourth shift there because it was exhibited on several occasions the care she puts into her work. Anyways- you just don’t get that anymore out to eat and she needed to be...
Read moreI would give this Buffalo Wild Wings 0 stars if it was an option. We went there for dinner tonight. There were 5 of us and ALL of our food was cold. My husband had the Brisket Street Tacos and they came out ice cold. When we mentioned how cold the food was to our server, Melissa, she apologized and asked if we wanted them to remake everything. Since we had already waited over 30 minutes for the food, we said no we did not want to wait. Melissa spoke with Brittany, who I assume was a manager. Brittany then came to our table and said she would take $23 off our total for the cold food. At the time I did not realize just how cold my husband’s tacos were. Once I knew I let Melissa know just how inedible the food was. None of the 5 of us were able to finish our food due to it being horrible. Melissa again talked to Brittany who then came back to our table and quite rudely told us that she would take a total of $30 off our bill. We ended up paying $79.11 for food WE DID NOT EAT! We will NEVER eat there again and will continue to tell everyone how horrible and unsafe the food is there. We are all hoping that we don’t end up with food poisoning tonight. The management definitely needs more training on how to deal with customers who receive...
