I should have placed a zero star rating. I am extremely upset with my experience tonight at this store location. My first time at this location I bought some really cool things and the staff member, a female with blonde hair was very pleasant. However today was a different experience. I went today with my boyfriend and younger sister so that I could buy some exotic snacks that they have there. As I am picking out the snacks and drinks that I want, mind you I was holding them all and HAD NO POCKETS. I never complained about holding them neither did I ask for anyoneās help. There were also a caucasian couple right beside us holding many things as well. The gentle man thatās usually always there walks right up to us proceeding to tell us that heās going to place our snacks at the check out desk and hold them their until we are ready. Before I even gave him an answer he was already gathering the merchandise from my hands. I felt that this gentle man was being extremely rude and was discriminating us based off of our appearance. I felt very embarrassed and so did the people that accompanied me earlier today. As he took off with our things I couldnāt even continue to shop more. As the good energy I went in with left me. I was so flabbergasted in the way his actions took place today. I walked out very angry. I was dissatisfied and will not return until I get an understanding of what happened today or an apology. He should be ashamed in himself. So make sure you have tough skin while entering this store! Ā Ā Ā Read moreI guess I should have expected the service I received considering itās a mall location opposed to LiLiās main storefront in MA which I love. I was delighted to hear a location opened up in CT and went on over to grab a bubble cap. The male worker in the back seemed too busy on his phone to be bothered with asking if I needed assistance. When he came over to ask If i needed anything I started to pick out a couple caps I was interested in. He would pull them out and put them back immediately, so I couldnāt compare them. I asked if he could pull out a banger for me to place some of the bubble caps in to see how they fit which I could tell annoyed him because of his lack of a response. I just picked a cap because I felt that the man behind the counter didnāt want to be bothered with small requests any longer. When I got home I could tell the the shape of the bubble cap wasnāt creating a perfect seal with my banger just by looking at it. I called to see if I could recieve store credit for it, but sadly I couldnāt due to the possibility of ādrug dogsā. Just to be clear I specified I didnāt use the product and still had the receipt, bag, and undamaged bubble wrap. I will not be coming back to this location. The staff has a lack of passion/knowledge and make you feel uncomfortable. I recommend northern lights in enfield,ct and iād even go out of the way to go to sesh gallery in rhode island where you can truly look at and compare glass without feeling like youāre...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI bought a bamboo plant from the store in after a couple days the leaves started to fall off so I contact the store and speak with obviously some manager and they tell me that thereās nothing they can do itās not like itās a item you can it exchange it itās a plant thatās of no use to them so they canāt give me a new plant for exchange all they can do is to give me a discount to buy another bad plant. theyāre selling bad plants out this store and have terrible customer service Youāre so rude and offered no compassion with my purchase that went bad I spent almost $60 at the store for that plant and never again.
