I have spoken with this company 2 times within the last few months about the quality of our internet speed is so bad. We constantly have issues with loosing connection to the internet and speed never being what we pay for. I speak with their techs and they argue about how speed tests are not accurate evidently but anywhere on the whole world wide web says otherwise? This is the worst customer service I have ever had to date. I have to say if you think you are getting what you pay for here you will be sadly mistaken. Hopefully in the future they will hire real technicians who don't lie for their company and respect their clients instead of being augmentative.
Update: A tech of a different name came out to our business and saw the issue we were having who I will add was a very polite man compared to the prior and replaced our modem. Hopefully there will not be future issues with the new modem so I am changing my review to 3 out of 5. But best of all after we had some internet speed issues, they monitored the service and came to adjust it without a service call.
