Barb handled the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new one with such care. She helped us set our price and then when we were finally ready, urged us to increase it, as she had her fingers on the pulse of the market and knew we could do better. She facilitated our staging and on the show day (snow day 🤣) we had multiple offers 30k over the new asking price. Wowza!! Barb was available on a moments notice and payed us the attention we needed. She walked us through every step of the way keeping us informed and comfortable. She gave us her honest opinion, always and has fostered a relationship that has resulted in customers for life! Not only customers, but friends and neighbors!

Brad also helped a lot which included helping with some repairs that were outside of my knowhow and setting us up with a contractor to help with some plaster repair.
