Unbelievable staff!!! We have purchased a couple of nice pieces of luggage from this outlet. Yes, expensive but so durable an sleek looking. One of the pieces purchased 2017, was noted to have a broken handle when we were getting ready for vacation… I brought it in to be looked at and the staff was so helpful. They ended up getting a new handle over-nighted in and by next day it was as good as new!! AT NO COST!!! Which was perfect because we were leaving the next day! I certainly wasn’t looking for a ‘freebee’ on an 8 year old piece of luggage (which looks almost new still!). We travel 2 - 3 times a year and just love the product and now feel very supported by the Tumi...
