Depot Street Burgers — Restaurant in Manchester

I love burgers, actually I love food in general but burgers definitely are one of my favorite foods. So initially I was super excited to come here. When we walked in it was this cute little burger place, not that many people. I ordered just a plain cheese burger with fries. After we ordered we found a table and sat down, no joke not even 10 mins later our food came out. It was awesome. It was a bummer though bc I just got my burger they forget the fries so that really sucked but my friends were kind and shared some of there’s with me. Now your probably wondering was the food good, absolutely YES it was. The fries were super salty which isn’t really my favorite but they were still good. Everyone in my party loved there burgers. I would definitely go back and it wasn’t that pricey either. What was also great was literally 1 min away was the Manchester Glass Blowing place which was convenient. Stopped in after we did the Skyline Drive after a friend recommended it as one of his wife's favorite places. The burgers were delicious, like, really, really good. I got the basic double. The meat was freshly ground and they were so juicy I had to use a ton of napkins. The fries were as good as the burger. They didn't seem like anything more special and fresh cut fries, but they were so crispy and perfectly seasoned. Portions were excellent.

I want to highlight the super friendly and FAST service especially! We decided to eat outside as I had my dog with me. I asked for a little cup for some water (95° day), and the lady working immediately came around and said she'd be glad to put fresh water in the dog dish they keep available. Our food for four was delivered to us literally faster than the last time we suffered through McDonald's. Very happy...

Where do I start…no menu or order board hanging at all. She said it was taking down because of Covid???…and they made me feel like I was the one confused. Had to walk back to entrance and pick up a paper menu. The red head cashier was rude and not welcoming. When asking questions she was not helpful or friendly. Burgers were not smash burgers as claimed. They had rounded edges and were just small patties. They were very greasy and not seasoned. They also were over cooked and very dry. The special sauce was hardly on the burgers. Food was a 2/5 and service was a 1/5. The parm fries were 1/8th parm fries and the rest were regular.
