The food is good. Depending on the person at the counter the service is fair. My mother recently entered the establishment having a emergency bathroom situation. One of the owners at the counter would not allow my mother to use the bathroom in such emergency unless she was to purchase something and unfortunately it is memorial Day and all other facilities in the local area were closed. The owners of this business do not treat the locals very well . Edit/update My family and I have conducted business with your establishment since it's establishment, today is the last day I will ever recommend or give you business. I believe you owe my mother and I an apology for calling us liars when we have done nothing more than give your business money and recommend your business whenever an occasion arises. I understand the stress and frustrations that the state regulations have imposed upon businesses. The employees and family of the Manchester House of Pizza have always treated my family and myself with great respect, it is to my belief the one writing the reply to this review is the one I speak of, not the whole establishment itself. Until this matter is resolved I can no longer conduct business with your estimatement with your reply to my review. Happy memorial Day and...
Read morePepperoni pizza was great. Crust was crispy all around, top and bottom. I like that but some in my party like soft, chewy crust. Their review may mention that. Can you please everyone? Rhetorical question? No defense needed. One person on the incoming register was awesome, but at times overwhelmed, as was the kitchen. Short staff? Maybe. Not paying attention to completed orders? For sure. We waited for 45 minutes, in full view of the young lady on the register, while other customers came and went. They were take outs, just like us. My small pizza was put on top of the oven to keep warm. The panini we ordered was put near to the register, for the young lady to ring us up, I suspect. No communication behind the counter. Then, someone moved the panini on top of my pizza. I didn't realize it was mine because it was ready in about 15 minutes, but put in different locations. Someone should have notified the order taker that the order was ready. But, the big problem was no communication between the kitchen staff and overwhelmed young lady at the register. Good product, and I would go back, but would probably eat in for a better...
Read moreWe needed a quick bite to eat and didn't want fast food, so we popped into the Manchester House of Pizza! The service was quick, the staff were okay, though a bit unfriendly, and the woman who took our order didn't even smile, say hello or offer to help as we looked over the very large menu on the wall behind the counter. I especially was having a hard time choosing, but no one was behind me, so I figured it wasn't a big deal. The pressure of her waiting for me without saying a word, like "take your time" or "just let me know when you're ready," was making choosing even harder. I finally opted for a safe choice of chicken tenders and fries! Chicken tenders were made from frozen, which is to be expected, but the honey mustard sauce seemed homemade and was really good! The fries were great! My husband got a buffalo chicken wrap which was very typical. It came with chips which he didn't eat because I shared my fries🙂 Our meals were fine. I will say the restaurant was very clean, nice, and huge! With only a handful of customers coming in while we ate, I wondered why this place wasn't packed for being in the heart of a tourist area in downtown...
