Encountered the most unfriendly employees, I have ever experienced at a Starbucks location. Th website indicates the store opens at 5:30 AM. We placed our order online. Arriving at 5:40, the door was locked and the sign in the window said store opened at 6. Fine, website was not updated, although you expect better coordination from Starbucks. At 5:57, I knocked on the drive through window and explained to the employee who opened the window, that my spouse really needs to use the restroom, could he open the door. The employee coldly said “ we will open the door in a few minutes at 6”. Really? When we entered the store a customer explained to another employee that the website says they open at 5:30. The employee said we have no control over the website....
Read moreI have had multiple issues with mobile orders at this location and usually it turns out OK but I couldn't look past what happened today (2/28/2022). I always order around 3:00pm and my boyfriend picks it up for me around 3:45pm-4:00pm after he gets off work. He was accused of trying to con Starbucks and get a drink that he did not order (according to the young woman working). He had screenshots of my order and receipt. I understand mistakes happen and it is not the baristas fault if someone else took the drink that I ordered but to falsely accuse someone who is a loyal customer seems wrong/unfair? Read moreDirty restaurant. The display case housed as many small flies as it did pastries. I mentioned it to cashier and she just pursed her lips as to say "what am I supposed to care". Eats in the case looked old as well. I was grossed out. Floors were dirty, Mat was covered in dirt and salt - even though outside it was dry and no snow had fallen for at least 5 days. 5 employees present and no one seemed to see a thing. Plexi glass dirty, signs hung crooked. Just an entire mess. I would not go back. Management needs...
