Our shopping experience at this Vineyard Vines store was negative. After paying by card, the manager rudely informed us that their system had no record of our payment and demanded we pay again. The cashier was very helpful and polite and acknowledged that their payment system may be experiencing issues (which we totally understand). Despite this, the manager adopted a high-handed and arrogant tone, insisting that the problem was on our end. We were treated with suspicion and disrespect. It took about 20 minutes for them to confirm that they had received our payment, and only then did the manager apologize to us. Overall, we were very disappointed with our experience at Vineyard Vines. We hope the company takes steps to improve customer service...
