First National Pawn — Local services in Mandan

Absolutely horrible service!!!!!! I was hung up on when I asked a question. Not just that but I paid on my layaway and contacted them and they canceled it on me, so I lose out about $300! I was not late and I called last week and yesterday and they said it was all fine. Go in the next day and they say it was canceled and they dont give cash back. They straight up rob people! Racheal is just as rude as that girl tia was. Hostile , abusive and toxic work environment. Corruption all around. Be careful what you buy as Matt the new store manager has a rule in place that broken stuff that gets returned gets put back out on the floor for sale , when it is returned the THIRD time they will take it off the floor. So knowingly putting garbage out there and collecting money. And guess what ? A 24 hour return policy with no cash back. Their vision is to be the most profitable pawn shop in the world. So I had to drive 3 and a half hours to get to National Pawn by their closing time. I’ve only had a day off in perhaps 5 weeks. Anyhow, I only had a small window of time to retrieve some items I got a small loan on. Well I came to the pawn shop exactly 9 minutes after their closing time. After talking to Rex while en route, I explained my hectic schedule due to working long hours. And both Tiffany and Rex & his crew took care of me! Tiffany really made me feel welcome and went the extra mile to accommodate me even though I was very muddy and dirty after a three and a half hour drive one way after another 12 hour shift at my job. It seems to be much better than they have been for awhile I really like one of the guys that work there he is very knowledgeable about most everything in there especially all the guns. Also they pay more then any other shop in town definitely. They pay better then Northsky pawn for sure on everything that I've taken in there I always go to First National Pawn because when I call them they always offer me more $. Plus they take everything that I'm getting rid of. I was selling a brand new Garmen and Northsky wouldn't even take it but First National took it and gave me more for it then Northsky did for the other one I took in.
