Tommy Boudreaux is a wonderful person.

I came to Boudreaux’s to purchase a ring that was a life dream. I was nervous and excited at the same time. There is so much to know when buying a diamond. But, I found out the most important piece of the equation is being guided by someone you can trust and who truly understands what YOU want to accomplish. I told Tommy it is like a Rubik’s cube – we have to try to get as many of the same colors on the each side. Tommy did it! He worked with my budget and helped me balance all of the elements, including the emotional element. There was zero pressure throughout the process. I am so glad he is the jeweler that is attached to my beautiful ring.

I had a wonderful experience at this jewelry store! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and treated me like family. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable while assisting me in choosing a wedding band.

One gentleman in particular, Tommy, went above and beyond. With my wedding just a week away, I had given up on the idea of getting my ring engraved in time. But when I called, Tommy wouldn’t let that be the end of it. He promised they’d make it happen—and they did. He personally made sure the hand engraving was beautifully done and ready before the big day.

I’m truly grateful for the care and effort he put into making that happen. Outstanding service all around!...

Went in to get a finger size for a ring in to look at this selection they may have for men's wedding bands. The lady who assisted me did not seem like she was interested in helping in the least there was actually wondering that I found that I was interested in oddly enough I found the exact same ring online for about a fourth of the price. Save the time and money and just looked online even if it's somewhere like Amazon for a good ring. Truth be told how to receive better service I probably would have spent a little bit more money and purchase something from there. But since she didn't seem interested in helping me I guess I have no reason to help them with...
