I hope other customers come across this before deciding to order anything from Greige home interiors. My wife ordered 2 chairs June of 2021. Due to manufacturing taking longer than expected we were told the chairs should be delivered by the end of the year. We ended up receiving the chairs May of this year, almost 1 year after ordering. The problem was not the delay in delivery of chairs but the customer service and complete lack of communication along the way. Ryan Jordan and his staff never ONCE returned one of my phone calls (I have a log of over 15 attempted calls and messages left including emails that were never returned). When you are paying over $4000.00 for 2 items of furniture I would expect first class service and appropriate communication to be a part of the experience. Unfortunately, this company displayed a complete lack of professionalism from the general manager and staff. After the delivery of the chairs, I was not allowed to speak to the owner after numerous request and was threatened to have my remaining balance turned over to collections through the companies attorney. I contacted Greige Home via email on 5/25/20 regarding a buffet table that I found on their website--- Ryan replied quickly with information, which was great, and I told him that I'd get back with him as I was out of town at the time & needed to take measurements. I followed up in response to our email thread on 5/31/20 & let them know that was interested in purchasing the piece--- but I had a few questions regarding shipping costs, etc; I did not receive a reply. I followed up again on 6/3/20; I did not receive a reply. My husband called the store that following weekend, but no one answered, so he left a message; he did not receive a reply. I saw that someone managing their Instagram account was actively posting photos, so I decided to try & send them an Instagram message on 6/8/20; I received no reply. I followed up with one final Instagram message AND an email on 6/10/20, and I do not anticipate any reply. Utterly shocked at the lack of communication in response to a customer that's asking to purchase a $2,500 buffet table during a time when businesses hurting/begging for business. With their wide range of services, I felt confident that I could trust them to take my home from drab to fab. Needless to say, the design service offered was great and met my needs perfectly. I was very impressed with the end result and how it made my home look.
I have to say, one of my favorite thing was the prompt responses from the team members when I had questions or needed help with something. I'd get a response within minutes and it was so comforting to know that I had a team of experts at my disposal at all times.
I’m sincerely grateful for their hard work and dedication. They made me feel like my home was a priority, and for that I am truly thankful. I am very pleased with the perfectly executed delivery of all my furnishings, and I know I will continue using them for all of my interior design needs in the future.
