i absolutely LOVE cfa so it hurts that i’m giving this place such a low review. but the mandeville location really needs to step up there game. i will take my sister there after cheer practice for dinner and she will be starving. i place a mobile order so that way it’s faster when i go through the drive-through. but every time i go to the mandeville location and i get in line it takes FOREVER. i watched cars that ordered after me pull up to the window and leave before i’m even spoken to by a team member. the team really needs more training and some of them need to learn customer service. the young girl that handed us our food just walked up to the window without saying a word and when i said thank you she didn’t say anything back. then when i got home. i opened the bag and there were no sauces, straws, napkins, and a fork for my salad. even though we did have those things at home it was just super annoying. like what if i we were eating in the car, we wouldn’t have those things. i was super excited for the location to open because it was right by my house but now it makes me want to sit in traffic on 190 or i-12 for good service.    Read more$75 meal for 3 people. Wife is a vegetarian and saw the southwest veggie wrap and was excited. Son gets there and they cancelled the wrap because the beans are frozen. What?!? Then son drives 16 min 11 miles back home. Guess what? No salad for my wife either. They forgot to put it in the bag. Wife drives 11 miles back up there only to have some flippant girl behind the counter say “people make mistakes”. Does she volunteer to make her a wrap with extra stuff in it since no beans? No. They look at her Mac n cheese and say it’s not bacon it’s just burnt a little. Hand it back to her. Did they volunteer to warm it up for her or give a new bowl of Mac?? I am disabled and forced to use a cane and after walking all that way, I requested to exit an employee only door so I would not faint from heat and humidity and having to walk the distance and the manager RUDELY refused.
My husband had just suffered a stroke forcing me to do things he normally does for me because I AM DISABLED. This manager had absolutely ZERO CARE OR CONCERN FOR MY SITUATION OR REQUEST. In the South, high temperatures and high humidity requires for us ALL to be tolerant - even of old people like me - and I'm only 57!
Makes you wonder about all those Chick FilA commercials... Did Mandeville get stuck with the ONE RUDE manager...
