I purchased a cool sculpting treatment via Groupon for this location. The treatment said it was for one area of the body and I wanted to use it for my jaw. I booked a consultation that week, and when I came into the office (which was about an hour drive from me) they were clearly not prepared for my consultation. I was initially told I would have to wait 30-45 min before the specialist would be available, and was recommended I come back later. After I pushed back a little (since I drove an hour for this appointment) the receptionist said she’d check and see if she could pull her out of the session she was in to chat with me quickly. While I sat in the waiting room I could hear the specialist and the receptionist talking about me from the hallway and it was very clear they had just not been prepared for my appointment. The specialist then came out to bring me back, but there were no rooms available so she took me into a STORAGE CLOSET to chat with me. The specialist was immediately looking me up and down, like she was examining my body, before I was able to tell her I was interested in having my chin done. She then finally looked up at me and laughed saying “oh I was looking at all of this down here” and she reached down and poked at my stomach. It was completely uncomfortable and inappropriate. It was also completely rushed so I didn’t feel any care was given to explain much of anything. She then without much thought told me I would actually want to get TWO treatments on my neck (which felt misleading based on what I purchased said it was good for one body area) and that I would need to do that twice (a total of four). This was going to be $2000 when I had anticipated only the $450 I paid for the single session. While my expectations may have been wrong regarding the amount of treatment (based on their advertising), I was also surprised to learn that their pricing was misleading in that the Groupon prices they had posted were really not the “deal” they made them seam to be. All of that maybe could’ve been forgiven had I not had the issue with the lack of preparedness of my appointment, for putting me in a storage closet, and for poking at my stomach when I had NEVER indicated being interested in any treatment to my stomach. It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this...

I've been coming here for some time, and recently found my experience with Kenzie to be stellar. The staff got me seated right away, and wait times were minimal. Kenzie helped listen to what issues I had in the prior time and with laser hair needs that did not go noticed. She noted that they could be remedied and then went through my options as to what they could do with the existing treatment package. I simply can't thank her kind demeanor, and quick work to be able to get me in and out of the office in record time.

I would also say this location, in comparison to the Santa Monica one, has ample parking and can be easier to get appointments at. Regardless, the packages they offer can be competitive and they will fight for your business with the industry-standard laser that is used for hair removal. While I do not agree with many of the other negative reviews here, I think people's expectations versus what they receive can vary highly when it comes to cosmetic treatments. Don't expect to go in this business and request for one specific treatment. They like to poke at some little flaws you have and promote their services. Went to get a sun spot removal in June but the lady insisted I get skin rejuvenation first and it would be easier on my skin when I get the spot removal. Paid for the first 5 sessions but before they removed my sun spot, the lady who was treating me accidentally had the laser on a higher temperature then usual and left a red mark on my forehead. I felt itchy throughout the whole session and she tried to cover it up at the end with lots of sunscreen. I was itching on my forehead through the whole car ride home and when I looked in the mirror, there were so many red little bumps on my forehead.
