Peppertree Apartments — Local services in Hermosa Beach

We've had noisy construction next door (at what looks like it will be called The Palms) since August and it doesn't look like it is stopping anytime soon. Six days a week, with the workers getting onsite before 8am everyday and sometimes staying through taking happy hour onsite until 6 or 7pm. Seven months later, the workers are still at the stage of putting holes in the outside of the building, kicking up dust onto our complex, and blasting music. I could not have asked for a better experience at Peppertree, and I only left the complex after 4.5 years due to a new job. Bill and Margo are extremely friendly and responsive. They are diligent in choosing their renters so that the community is friendly, respectful, and quiet. Maintenance is taken care of very quickly. They also enforce the pool rules, which keeps noise down. The large closets, covered parking, very clean laundry room, and wonderful gas grills are additional positives of this complex.
