Flint Hills Breadbasket — Local services in Manhattan

I appreciate Flint hills Breadbasket and their offering Food for everyone. Kudos! However I do have a major complaint ☹️😲‼️ There's a New prejudice hidden 😶‍🌫️ in their Points given🤢 to two people Households. Yeah⁉️ There's a little old lady working there that maybe an employee OR volunteering, that have taken her nutrition license too prevent anyone that is a two persons with Only "26" points to provide food to their household's lower income monthly SS/RETIRED MILITARY 🪖 SENIORS and Disabled Citizens!; from being able to Eat many OF The Meats, Produces AND 🍪 🎂 etc! She's placed 3-5 Points on these food items in the name OF making sure we are only able to get what she deems as nutritional for everyone⁉️ Twenty Six (26) Points at 3-5 Points can't provide Us with food that we choose for our household's preferences, it doesn't matter if it's One, Two OR More family members residing in the home😲‼️ WHO MADE HER ANYONE'S NUTRITIONAL NURSE, WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION ⁉️⁉️⁉️ No one should be deprived of their choices of any 🍪🎂, Meats , Dairy 🧈 by placing a (5...

If you are going to have rules in place, you need to enforce them. It is unfair to have to arrive an hour or more before the doors are open just to get a spot in line, and even more unfair that numerous reoccurring individuals cut the line without repercussions. Over the past 6 months, I have been cut in line every single time I have been to the pantry. By the same people. I’ve had numerous discussions with others that have experienced the same thing, and today was no different. You claim that “Only one person per household/family inside the building”, but then allow more people than the number you called to enter the first room for food. First thing that should be said is yes they do give you food and that is a blessing! But it needs to be said how rude they are!!!! Every month they want something different from you for proof and they lie about it. You call and ask what you need and they tell you, then you show up and all of a sudden its different!
