Friendly............but that is the people, as for the business I will not support them again. Had gotten 2 pairs of glasses one pair a screw after 1 day of wearing comes out of bow to front had repaired many times by them told them its getting sickning having t constantly come back and have redone and that I would like a replacement set under the warrenty. IM TOLD "NO", we have problem fixed now now glasses are out of warranty and still have t constantly have repaired. Warranty from them means absolutely nothing instead they will string u out till warranty period has expired and you are set up with a pair of glasses that are useless unless you have the time t keep running back to their store to have them fixed.
Disappointed to say the least, unsatified customer and I WILL NOT recommend
Dec 4 2020 Contacted eyemart express last week as I was asked to do to posibly resolve the issue. Told the representative the issue at hand was told it would be passed up to next teir to b reviewed, problem I have is no information was taken to resolve the problem. Was not asked my name or anything so how will the issue be corrected or addressed. I will not ever recommend this service to anyone!!!

Dec 7, 2020 Store manager reached out to me and was more than willing to remedy the situation. The frames were replaced, lenses changed over and fitment done within 15 min or less. I am very appreciative of Danielle the manager for addressing this situation and correcting it. I am now a satisfied with the result and will change to a 4 star rating and not a 5 only because I had to go thru the hassle. I broke my glasses today, did not have contacts or a back up pair, So I go to ShopKo my eye care doctor and I asked them how quickly they can help me out here because I’m blind as a bat if I don’t have either of those to see. They tell me uhh a week that’s the best we can do. A lady that works there actually said to me you should probably check out Eyemart express.
So that’s where I headed at first I was a little taken back by the what seem to be a jumbled customer service lobby but I went on to look for my glasses and then Hannah came out to help me. I instantly expected her to be asking me 1,000,001 questions and telling me which is the best designer frames they sell at the most expensive prices and none of that happened. It was really awesome I got to shop for the glasses that I wanted on my own with no questions and no pushy sales people. Hannah was actually extremely funny and had me laughing the whole time I was in there. She made it super comfortable tO be buying the glasses. So all the while I’m expecting her to tell me at the end that it’s gonna be a week or so for these to come in and we get to that point she tells me then I will get a text message in a half an hour letting me know that my glasses are ready I laughed I thought no way in hell and I left to go get lunch. 27 minutes later I get a text message that my glasses were ready to be picked up. I truly cannot believe it I wasn’t even finished with my lunch I went back and grab my glasses they made it extremely easy for pick up they fit perfect and it overall was the best purchasing experience I’ve ever had!!! Read moreThe crew at Eyemart in Manitowoc was excellent to work with. Ryan, the General Manager, although new, was competent and fun to chat with while going thru the process. Unknowingly, when I originally walked in I caught one of the other employees whose shift had just ended. I wasn’t aware of this until after she guided me on how the glasses are laid out and inquired what I had in mind. She was aware of my insurance coverage right away. While going thru my final walk thru before committing to the glasses she had politely excused herself and retrieved the manager from the back, which assisted me in smoothly and efficiently finishing the process. It was a really great experience and even being anxious to go there and make an investment, I was immediately put at ease. My glasses were ready to be picked up in an hour, which I was informed via text, just like Ryan had promised. When I picked them up, I worked with a different employee to try them on and finish the transaction. Being that I caught many of them at the end of their shifts, the experience was excellent, which isn’t always the case at businesses.
