Worst experience and customer service EVER on January 1, 2021! While sitting in drive-thru with 4 cars ahead, I placed a mobile order @12:22pm, a very small and simple order. After driving up to the window and receiving what I thought was my completed order I drove out of drive-thru only to find out I was missing the Crunchwrap Supreme, a part of my order. I called the store, a manager answer, she was really rude! I told her I was missing one of the taco I order and I wasn't sure which one yet because I only saw 2 tacos and not 3 in the bag I received. She kept saying, that's my whole order, at this time I felt as if she was accusing me of lying. She just went on and on and raised her voice. She was clearing not listening to me. I only called to let them know they had missed a taco in my order and to simply get what was missed. I then pull into the parking lot in front of the building’s doorway and requested that I do not have to go back in drive and wait behind another 5 to 6 cars. She just told me to get back in line in drive-thru and just hung up on me. When I finally got back up to the window, WHAT A JOKE it was 1:50pm mind you I was in drive since 12:22pm it took this long to get back to the window. I would had not waited that long in line if I knew I was going to be told I was not a value customer and that I was holding up the line for other customers in drive-thru because they simply missed one of the taco I had order as if it was my fault it was missed. After that statement I wanted my money back and simply just ask for a refund and leave the food, but was told with the APP they couldn’t do anything about a refund or can’t take the food back because of covid-19, ok understandable. I ask for a manager and she stated she was the manager. Crazy to think Taco bell have these type of management managing their restaurant. That manager did not apologized at all whatsoever. I left without the Crunchwrap even having to wait that long in line because of this whole bad experience. ORDER # 918187, a simple order; unbelievable bad customer service, even the cashier was more calm and respectful then the Manger herself during my visit to this location. I also have a video took during this whole situation, because after my call I didn’t have a good feeling about what is going to happen.

Read moreThis is by far the worst fast food restaurant in the area. Its not even close. The service is slow. The register worker was incompetent. I had to repeat my order 3 times to the guy, I wish I was exaggerating. He then needed help from a female co worker who deleted my entire order so we started from the beginning, AGAIN. She was a bit more competent but not much. I had to reiterate my order to her in bits and pieces frequently. After 7min, no joke, my order was placed. The gentleman ran out of dimes and was waiting for someone to get him some when I said, "what is the change?" 41 cents he replied as he showed me his hand full of change. It had a quater, a dime, two nickels. I said, you need a penny as I gave him back a nickel. "Oh." I then grabbed my own receipt from the machine so I could take look at the mess. To my suprise, it was all correct. A number 8 crunchy shell, a crunch wrap supreme no sour cream, nachos w cheese, habenero double stacked, nacho double stacked and 2 extra crunchy tacos. Looked in the bag when they gave it to me 11min later and it seemed complete so I drove home. Upon unloading the bag we discovered a Chulupa, a soft shell taco, and no cheese for the nachos. Upon eating, all regular tacos had sourcream on them as well as the crunch wrap supreme. We were short a hard shell taco but gained a soft shell taco and a chalupa. The order could not have been more jacked up. The entire experience was as awful as it could be. I dont expect a whole lot from fast food restaurants, and we all are used to orders missing something or not being customized. This experience was different, EVERYTHING WAS HORRIBLE IN THE WORST POSSIBLE WAY. Side note: The restaurant was filthy. Disgusting filthy. Food and wrappers all over the kitchen floor. Coupons and a card board box at the service counter along with some stickers for pricing or labeling. The soda machine hasnt been cleaned in who knows how long?? The restaurant floor and rugs were cluttered with straw wrappers and dirt and grime. It was bad. This was at 11:15AM!!! I'm never going back. I never write reviews for anything cuz I'm usually tolerant and dont care to waste the time. However, if this lengthy and honest review stops one person from wasting their time and money at this awful Taco Bell, it will be well worth it. It was the worst 16 bucks I've ever spent. We ate the jacked up food as much as we could cuz I paid for it. I give the taste of the food a 2 out of 5 even though it was all incorrect. Dont waste your time. Read moreMy husband went in, waited a long time while one girl was working counter and the drive theough, and orderd some food. While there someone came in to pick up their mobile order and it was stolen. He asked for it to be remade since he paid for it, they said no because someone took it. So he asked for a refund and they again told him no. All the while someone in the back was blasting not safe for work music, cussing and singing along with it. My husband stayed out of it and when he tried his drink while waiting for his food, he hated how much it was watered down so he went to request a fresh one. They told him that's just the drink, so he asked for a different drink. He finally got his food and was snacking on part of it in the car. When he got to the tacos, they were so soggy and fell apart, couldn't even take a bite. So we went back, I went through the drive through and the lady was rude, told me I needed to go inside and not in the drivethrough because it would take too long. So they made my husband wait for a long time in the lobby. They denied him a refund because he ate part of the meal, but he only wanted to be refunded for the part he couldn't eat. They refused and sent him away. I went back through the drive through and asked why they can't refund the total and charge for what he did eat? The girl said nothing and after some silence someone else came. She was extremely rude, telling me I have to leave that I'm holding up the line. So I asked for their corporate number. She refused to give it, saying they didn't have one. I asked for the manager to give me the number and she said she was the manager. I then asked (admittedly with attitude) so you're the manager but don't have corporates number? She said she didn't have it on hand. So I said I would wait for her. I asked for her name, she didn't want to give it at first, I also wanted the name of the man cussing and blasting music in the store, she couldn't even remember who was working. Unbelievable.
