The worst. They allow kids to do whatever they want. My son is on gps monitoring he's allowed to skip school he's been caught 3 times smoking marijuana at school while on the bracelet and nothing is done. I regret reaching out to them for help. My son is 15 addicted to Percocets marijuana and alcohol. They offer absolutely no type of support for my son or myself. They have no programs for youth that have addiction problems in Manitowoc county. The supervisor Stacey is completely useless I don't even know why she has a job. I've had three different case workers in the last year and nothing. They make you pay for services but do nothing. It's a complete joke. They don't care about kids...
