If I could give the guys who do the installs and repair work, I'd give this business a full 5 stars. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and do EXCELLENT work. I can't say enough about them. The business owner is terrible to deal with though. It's been my experience that he will nickel and dime you to death, on top of over-charging for the parts they purchase to accomplish the job. Make sure you get an itemized estimate BEFORE you agree to a job (including the cost of parts) and ask if there is an additional charge for anything he says he himself is going to do (after the estimate is accepted), before agreeing to it. Also, he does not do the work, so if he tells you something involving installation or repair, take it with a grain of salt and ask one of the service guys who does do the work. I recently got a second monitor for my computer, later realizing I needed a HDMI to DVI cable adapter, so I called Team Electronics and asked if they had them. I was told they did, and when I got there I had to wait an hour to get service. Not that big of a deal. However, when I finally did talk to someone about the adapter I needed they found the only one they had in stock; which was a "MONSTER" Ultra HDMI to DVI adapter. (which sells for $5.99 plus $7.00 Shipping on Walmart's website.) He tried to tell me suggested retail of the part was 44 dollars. I told him what they went for online and walked out of the store. We have been trying to find a company that would sell and install an antenna that would capture all of the Green Bay stations for 4 years since we moved to Manitowoc. NO COMPANY would offer us the service. I checked with another company here in Manitowoc that might have been able to do this and was steered to Team Electronics. I called on July 27th 2021 and they set up for an install on 29th. The installers came and completed the installation in a couple of hours. We now have 32 channels and none of them are bitmapping. So nice to have all the major channels and PBS. We now have great free TV. No cable or satellite contracts or monthly charges. Not cheap but it works great.
