Very poor customer service from the 2 young ladies running the store. Asked for a fizz with starry and sherbet via the drive through and they offered me the Paloma flavor bc they don’t have the standard sherbet that you would get in a fizz. I requested no Tajin bc the Paloma paradise drink mentions Tajin. However, the person taking the order failed to mention it was in the ice cream itself and not just something they added to the drink. When I got the drink and there was Tajin in it, I came inside to see about getting it remade. It was then that the girl I ordered from told me it’s in the ice cream itself, which she should have mentioned when I asked for no Tajin to begin with. Placed an order online because the last couple times, they didn't have any prepackaged ice cream we were looking for, and when we ordered instore in the past the different team members we worked with gave us attitude. Placed the order at 5:45 for pick up at 6:15. Went to pick up and they didn't have the order ready. We were instructed to move to the second window where a team member asked us what kind of ice cream we even ordered. I have worked in the food service before. I know it can get busy and wait times can happen. But we ordered online and they didn't even know what we ordered to begin with. Food is great but customer service is beyond slow and...

No idea why this place is getting slammed with negative reviews. They’re quick to get you your order and the ice cream quality is pretty high.

I see a lot of comparison to cedar crest but fail to realize that the ingredients are better quality especially when you compare the sweetner used (Sugar vs High Fructose Corn Syrup). Add to the extensive list of sorbets and Baskin Robbins is a lead choice for vegans/vegetarians.

This location is doing surprisingly well with the recent labor shortage impacting several industries.
