The employee (Melinda, I think?) was SO nice and the whole experience was really fun! Hearing all the jewelry is made in-house was SUPER cool! My boyfriend and I went in to get matching permanent bracelets but had a special request - his needed a clasp added so he could remove it during work as he can’t wear metal at his occupation. Melinda said ‘no problem!’ And got him set up with a matching bracelet to me that has a clasp so he can remove it when needed.
