I'd give it less then a 1 star rating if I could. Their "customer service" is a joke. They dont listen to the customer nor do any kind of due diligence that they claim to do but dont (i have written proof they havent when i was told they did). Not to mention the pharmacist's there LOVE & i mean LOVE to gas light people. From what ive witnessed, its their favorite thing to do. Its like they get off on it. Gaslighting & acting like they are a God. Someone should tell them they are NOT doctors nor are they Gods. They re job is to fill medication. Thats all. Count, print, stick to a bottle & be done. The pharmacist are NOT doctors so they need to stop acting like one. They dont know exactly why a person goes to the doctor to get prescribed medication. Its none of their business But no one told them that. Said pharmacist has no idea what the person whose prescription has been through in there life. Not a clue nor is it their business. They don't have a person's medical records (i.e. scans, MRI results,X-Rays, & etc) to decide what medication a person should be taking.
Last time i checked they pharmacist & pharmacist tech arent clairvoyant/future/fortune teller. Someone needs to tell them their "powers" aren't work

Was told I needed an appointment and they didn’t have any available, while I was standing next to a sign that said no appointment needed. Whatever, went to Walgreens.
