Pattersons is AMAZING. After going to another Jewlery store in town that quoted me TWO TO THREE GRAND for me to bring in a ring that had my own diamonds and using my own white gold, I decided to look elsewhere. When I talked with Lori at pattersons she walked me through the process and quoted me a little over 1.2k while using my own diamonds and white gold etc. I was trying to get a custom wedding band to fit my unique engagement ring. When the first mold came back we agreed that the diamonds from my ring I was gonna use (My father gave me the ring a few years back and I had wanted to honor him) was simply too large and was gonna overpower and not compliment my ER. We came up with a new concept using smaller diamonds and London blue topaz The end result is just STUNNING, and only cost a little over $900. STAY AWAY. Had concerns about wife's wedding band that had purchased from Patterson. Went in to see what could be done. Left feeling ok, but without them so they could separate them and give back the engagement while the wedding band was fixed and or adjusted. Received call same day saying we could pick up the engagement ring. Went to pick it up and was confronted by what I assume was the owner, no introduction, just handed the engagement ring and a check for the wedding band. Said he would never be able to satisfy my wife. At a loss for words, we were stunned and my wife had lost the ring she had placed on her hand at our wedding. As if that wasn't enough, this unprofessional individual felt it was a good idea to verbally confront my wife. Avoid this place at all costs as there is bad business lurking behind smiling faces. Had such a great experience getting all of our wedding jewelry here. Abby is so sweet and cares about you getting exactly what you want. I loved that they let me customize both my engagement and wedding rings. I love that they are not as sterile feeling as many of the other jewelers we went to.

Even though we had a few issues with diamonds coming from out, they have always replaced with no charge and very very efficient about it. However, if I had to be honest, I wish they had more locations. Since we have moved and to continue our warranty we still have to drive down to either Mankato or New Ulm to get it checked every 6 months it is...
