KFC — Restaurant in Mankato

Ordered a family bucket of chicken extra crispy and what we got was overcooked and had a slight burnt taste to it. Ordered two macaroni and cheese and one mashed potato but got one macaroni and cheese and two mashed potato. Just wasn't the best experience.

After many months we went back just to see if things changed. 22 minutes after ordering we got our food. I wish I could say it was from being short staffed. Maybe new staff, but a lot of them were standing around. Their attention was more to the drive through than the four customers in the store. One customer asked for as many back several times and they wouldn't give it to him. It was very ridiculous.

I guess we didn't have enough punishment as we went back one more time and this time at first I was impressed because we got our meal very quickly at the same time there was also no cars or anybody else in the parking lot. Went through the drive-thru got an 8-piece bucket of chicken and some sides got home unpacked everything The large sides we were supposed to receive were maybe half at best 3/4 full and the chicken definitely had been sitting there for some time and was absolutely gross. I didn't even bother trying to return it or or complain cuz it's not going to do any good just threw it away and made a different meal. Family agreed...

Was going to order their nashville chicken, was told there would be a 25 min wait. No problem, I'll settle for buffet. Go to buffet, no coleslaw, literally 7 pieces of the most miserable looking chicken you've ever seen in a tub, barely anything else. Waited about ten minutes for more healthier looking chicken and began eating. It's so unenjoyably greasy I actually felt sick eating it. Skin is flaking off the chicken, some parts are soft and some are tough, just a very piss poor attempt, but I'm going to eat it anyways because I'm hungry. They bring out coleslaw and.. Dear god the coleslaw. It tastes like pure sadness and hatred and regret was used to make it instead of mayonnaise and sugar and milk and pepper and all the other things that you put in coleslaw. It was sour instead of being sweet as it usually is. Also, their potato wedges were still frozen in the middle. Gross chicken, sad coleslaw, despicable potatoes. Never ever going to this...

Went to KFC during my lunch Times last week gave me the wrong drink went back I called them and asked that I was given the wrong drink and I would like the right one and one of the employees cans out from the back door and gave me the right one and then when I left I noticed that my meal also was completely different. Went back and called again the supervisor answered the phone and said I have to back again to the long line that was to long and I had to wait anther 30 minutes to get my food because your store supervisor refused to replace my meal and bring out the door instead she said I have to go back to the line and that’s anther anther 30 minutes whichi ended up for a whole hour over the bad customer from the supervisor and am very disappointed her name is Alex and the other supervisor Meghan did a great job by coming to me and took care of me thank you kfc il take this to...
