This place is amazing! I was recommended to come here from a prior coworker for help on repairing resin pendants I had made for a necklace. Becca initially helped me make a chain and set up the pendants so they wouldn’t clang. When I had an issue with the pendants construction (from an unrelated Etsy seller) Natalie helped me formulate a plan to make them beautiful and durable. She made sure to ask about the pendants themselves so she knew how priceless they were to me (made with my dogs’ fur) and checked every step of the way to make sure I was happy with how things would look and how much they would cost. She, and the other associates, are wonderful people and great conversationalists! I have also returned to get some semiprecious stones as protection stones for my new car and although I’m not an avid crafter, I felt welcomed and not uncomfortable in a very niche place! Natalie even remembered me without prompting. Their selection is beyond words and I have seen and experienced their incredible customer service that go above and beyond the norm. August 2018 - update - This store is just wonderful. I am a lace-maker (tatting) and not a beader. At this shop I am able to turn my dreams of unique tatted lace jewelry into reality. The owner will know exactly which finding I need to be able to finish a tatted piece perfectly. She also has beads, charms, and unique finished pieces. The entire shop is Inspiration and Dreams and Beauty. Make sure to look at the Photosphere picture attached. (It even shows the third arm Miss Natalie wishes she had sometimes. Laugh!) If you drive there, park on a side street on either side of the shop. By train, an easy walk from the Mansfield T stop. By bike - you can park your bike safely in the back. Easy to reach by car; very little hassle with the confusing streets of downtown Mansfield.

This store is incredible. They have it ALL! A selection of gorgeous beads in all varieties and more than you could imagine in your wildest dreams! All the jewelry findings you could ever want for. Unfinished chain and wire available by the foot. A nice selection of jewelers tools. The list goes on and on. I was there for 4 hours and I hardly scratched the surface of everything the Bead Cache has to offer. The crown jewel of this paradise was the EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I was immediately and warmly greeted by 3 delightful women who were knowledgeable, kind and more than willing to answer my 700+ questions.
